Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actress who was known in the late 90s as Hugh Grant's partner, is an English model. In the 1990s, when Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral became a worldwide sensation, Hurley accompanied Grant to its Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace dress and gold safety-pins. The outfit received immediate press attention. What has been the highlight of her professional experience has been her involvement with the cosmetics firm Estee Lauder. The first time Hurley was a model, she started her career at Estee Lauder, when she was just 29 years old. She has been a model since 1995 in their line of products, including perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures. The song quickly stirred controversy as some critics derided the song for encouraging sexual relations between gays and lesbians as well as others argued that the explicit scenario that it depicted was a harbinger for the fantasies of males about female sexuality. I Kissed a Girl became popular worldwide thanks to its blend of sensuality and polished melody. The song also contributed to the sales for her album from 2008 of the same name, the album One of the Boys. Hot N Cold's witty, bouncy second single was also extremely popular. This album that Perry made for herself, has sold over three million copies in the United States.
